What do I do if I had a great experience with Story's Ink?
We're happy to hear that we did such a great job! We would love it if you would share your great experience with us and with potential clients. There are two ways you can do that:
- Send us an email describing your experience, for us to add to our customer testimonials.
- Post your review to our Google+ Local Listing.
We are truly sorry that you were not pleased with our work. We would love a chance to make things right for you. Please contact us to let us know how we can resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

How do I get my images?
There are two options:
- CD with Print Release
- Prints (Additional costs apply)
All the (edited) images from your session are included. This number will vary by session.
Can I share my session online?
Yes. All photos come with a copyright release granting you the rights to share via social media (with attribution), print, etc.
Can I enter my photo into a contest?
We're happy that you love your photo so much that you want to share it with the world. However, contests can be tricky. Each contest is different, so we would appreciate it if you'd contact us before submitting your photo. We will take a look at the contest in question (rules, what rights they expect, prizes, etc) and make a decision based on that. Thanks!
